Awful customer service

I ordered sleep pods for myself and my 2 sons that arrived December 13th. I had until January 12 to return them if they didn't work out. None of the 3 of us can sleep in them. I unfortunately had a sick kiddo for most of December who ended up in the hospital for 4 days. I was busy looking after him and completely forgot to return my things. I messaged them on the 16th (4 days after my return window) and it took them 10 days to get back to me to basically say they didn't care and I was out of luck. I understand that companies have policies in place for a reason. However, the best companies provide excellent customer service and understand when there are extenuating circumstances. I would never had ordered from them had I known that my experience would be like this.

Great gifts

I bought 2 of these for family members as gifts. I got the size wrong on one and exchanged it for a size up. They both love them. Sleep with them each night. Customer service was very helpful with the exchange. Overall experience was wonderful. Will certainly be back for other products in the future.
