Shipping Policy


Shipping is FREE for all orders with the United States and delivery typically takes 2-3 days.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.  If you do not receive an shipping confirmation email within 72 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us.  Please note that orders are not shipped on holidays and weekends and there may be delayed shipping times during the holiday season.

Shipping within the United States is typically 2-3 days and 14-21 days internationally, however due to the pandemic, delivery carriers have seen slight-to-significant delays in shipping. International shipping may be further delayed due to the pandemic, as many countries are holding packages in customs longer than usual. Hug Sleep is not responsible for the shipping times. Once orders are submitted, product and shipping details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the product has been confirmed as having been received by the carrier. If a package is returned to sender due to an error made at the time of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for resending.  



Due to shipping inconsistencies and ongoing delays from Covid-19, we have temporary suspended shipping to some international locations and countries. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.


We understand that Sleep Pod isn’t for everyone, which is why we offer a 30 night sleep guarantee.  Orders are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after the carrier confirms delivery. We strongly encourage you to try Sleep Pod for a full 10 nights, as it can sometimes take time to break long-held sleep habits and acclimate to the feeling of Deep Touch Pressure Therapy. In the event you would like to return or exchange your Sleep Pod, please contact us at for further instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered and are not refundable for domestic refunds and international orders. We are happy to offer free return shipping for domestic exchanges! Missing or stolen packages are not eligible for refund or replacement once the mail carrier confirms delivery. Once orders are submitted, product and delivery details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return must be shipped back 7 days after initiating the refund. 

Domestic Return Policy

Refunds: Once your order has been properly returned via your chosen return method, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. While we are happy to offer free US shipping, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you choose to process your return via the Happy Return Bar, a $7 processing fee will be deducted from your full refund. If you choose to process your return via mail return, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your full refund. 
Exchanges: Once your order has been properly returned for exchange via your chosen return method, we will issue a replacement in the requested size. We suggest dropping off your return as soon as possible to secure your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive a refund for your return. Please note that orders that have been exchanged are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
