Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 night sleep guarantee, meaning you can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving Sleep Pod for any reason.The customer is responsible for return shipping and will receive a full refund of the original purchase price or a replacement once the returned product is received.
Can I bring a pillow in the pod?
Yes! You can absolutely bring pillows or any other sleep aids in Sleep Pod to make your experience the most comfortable. Depending on how large the pillow or aid is, and your personal preference for compression, you might want to consider sizing up to accommodate for the extra space. For further assistance with sizing recommendations, please email support@hugsleep.com.
Materials
Sleep Pod is made of a specialized four-way stretch fabric that is a blend of 89% polyester and 11% lycra.
In Between Sizes
If you are in between sizes, it will really depend on your preference for pressure. The smaller size will give you the most snug fit, and the larger will give you much more breathing room. Please keep in mind we offer a 30 night sleep guarantee in the event you need to process a return or exchange.
Care
The Sleep Pod should retain its shape and size well so long as it is used and cared for properly.We recommend choosing the most appropriate size for your body and avoiding overstretching the product to maintain the fabrics integrity.We recommend washing every 1-2 weeks with warm water and drying Sleep Pod in the dryer on medium heat and this should also help it maintain its shape and stretch.
International Shipping Disclaimer
We are happy to ship to most countries! Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
