The Sleep Pod Collection is exclusive to the following products: Adult Hooded Sleep Pod Move, Adult Sleep Pod Move, Adult Sleep Pod, Adult Sleep Pod Mini, Adult Hug Wrap, Kids Hooded Sleep Pod Move, Kids Sleep Pod Move, Kids Sleep Pod Mini, and Kids Hug Wrap. The Elf Sleep Pod is final sale and not eligible for return. Due to the nature of the products, Hug Sleep Mask™, Hug Stretch™ Cozy Carry Bag, Pod Pillow™, Hug Body Pillow™, and all Pillowcases are final sale items and not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund of the original purchase price or a replacement once the returned product is processed. We will only consider returns processed following the provided instructions."

We recommend following the sizing guides posted on each individual product page to determine your best fit for that corresponding product. For adult sizes, the sizing guide is primarily based on your pant/waist size. For child sizes, the sizing guide is primarily based on child clothing size. 

Sleep Pod is made of a specialized four-way stretch fabric that is a blend of 90% polyester and 10% lycra.

If you are in between sizes, it will really depend on your preference for pressure. The smaller size will give you the most snug fit, and the larger will give you much more breathing room. Please keep in mind we offer a 30 night sleep guarantee with free exchanges in the event you need to process a return.

The Sleep Pod should retain its shape and size well so long as it is used and cared for properly.We recommend choosing the most appropriate size for your body and avoiding overstretching the product to maintain the fabrics integrity.We recommend washing every 1-2 weeks with warm water and drying Sleep Pod in the dryer on medium heat and this should also help it maintain its shape and stretch.
