We understand that Sleep Pod isn’t for everyone, which is why we offer 30 night return window. We strongly encourage you to try Sleep Pod for a full 7 nights, as it can sometimes take time to break long-held sleep habits and acclimate to the feeling of Deep Touch Pressure Therapy.
We offer a 30 night sleep guarantee for products in our Sleep Pod and Loungewear Collections, meaning you can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. The Sleep Pod Collection is exclusive to the following products: Adult Hooded Sleep Pod Move, Adult Sleep Pod Move, Adult Sleep Pod, Adult Sleep Pod Mini, Adult Hug Wrap, Kids Hooded Sleep Pod Move, Kids Sleep Pod Move, Kids Sleep Pod Mini, and Kids Hug Wrap. The Elf Sleep Pod is final sale and not eligible for return. Due to the nature of the products, Hug Sleep Mask™, Hug Stretch™ Cozy Carry Bag, Pod Pillow™, Hug Body Pillow™, and all Pillowcases are final sale items and not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund of the original purchase price or a replacement once the returned product is processed. We will only consider returns processed following the provided instructions.
Missing or stolen packages are not eligible for refund or replacement once the shipping partner confirms delivery. Once orders are submitted, product and delivery details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment.
Bundle sets sold only together as described.
Refunds: Once your order has been properly returned via your chosen return method, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges: Once your order has been properly returned for exchange via your chosen return method, we will issue the requested replacement. We suggest dropping off your return as soon as possible to secure that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive a refund for your return.
International Return Policy
Refunds: Once your order has been delivered back to us, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping, so for international mail returns the cost of the return shipping label is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges: Once your order has been delivered back to us, we will process your exchange and issue the replacement in the requested size. We suggest shipping back your return as soon as possible to secure your requested exchange items are still in stock. Sleep Tight Protection Plan
If you opted-in for the Sleep Tight Protection Plan via Redo™ when it was available and active at checkout, the cost of your return shipping label is covered, allowing you to return any eligible item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.
The Sleep Tight Protection Plan includes a 365 night sleep guarantee for products in our Sleep Pod Collection, meaning you can exchange or return within 365 nights of receiving your order. Products in the Loungewear Collection are eligible for return and exchange up to 30 nights from the date of delivery. Please note that the Sleep Tight Protection Plan only covers and applies to items in the Sleep Pod Collection. The Sleep Pod Collection is exclusive to the following products: Adult Hooded Sleep Pod Move, Adult Sleep Pod Move, Adult Sleep Pod, Adult Sleep Pod Mini, Adult Hug Wrap, Kids Hooded Sleep Pod Move, Kids Sleep Pod Move, Kids Sleep Pod Mini, and Kids Hug Wrap.
