Since I've never been a stick-my-feet out type. But sure is handy for night time bathroom runs! The size chart said I should get medium, but didn't really feel "swaddly," so took it in a couple of inches & ordered small this time. Much better.

I don't know why but I am so thankful for this amazing product. My sleep pattern is always interrupted by getting up at night at least 3 to 4 times to use the restroom. Granted, I do go back to sleep 90% of the time but I HATE getting up. Well, since I've started using the Hug Sleep Sack I only get up once, maximum two times. I am so happy. I haven't changed what I drink or eat or the times I do this at night. This is truly an answer to prayer. Now if only someone would invent ear plugs that would truly stop the noise (husband's snoring) coming through my ears then I would be 100% satisfied!

I give this 3 stars only because my daughter absolutely loves it. The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, and it is very well made. However, I have not seen any improvements/benefits in sleep or anxiety.

It's snug, warm, and I love the foot hole to help your body regulate heat. This helps with my back problems by keeping me curled up, and helps me fall asleep faster. It's high quality too. I don't use it every night, but I do recognize that most nights I do, my quality of sleep is much better than it has been in the last 2-3 months. A must buy for the holiday season!

My daughter has trouble falling asleep at night, just like her mama. This hasn’t been the miraculous, perfect fix I was fantastically hoping for, but it definitely helps. It takes her 30-45 minutes to fall asleep most nights now, instead of 1.5-2 hours.
