I have difficulty sleeping through the night and this has helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wish I would have bought this sooner! It is very soothing and relaxing!

When I ordered the hooded sleep pod in size medium, I was unsure if I chose the right size for me. So the first thing I did when I got it in the mail was try it on to make sure it fit properly. (For reference I am a 5'1 female, about 165lbs and I wear size M or L bottoms depending on the brand) I immediately noticed how silky soft and stretchy the fabric is. It feels so luxurious! The sizing felt just right, perfectly snug and cozy. However, on this night I was also sick and very congested. I tried sleeping in it and gave up. I felt too claustrophobic and like I couldn't breathe. I ended up just holding on to it and laying my head on the soft fabric instead.(Which still felt nice considering) After a few days, I felt better and I tried again. I slept SO, SO GOOD! I struggle with severe anxiety and I am diagnosed with sleep apnea and ADHD(possible AuDHD) so I often have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Most of the time I do prefer to be snuggled up to sleep so I love how cozy and relaxing it is to fall asleep in the hooded sleep pod. It is well worth the money to have such a good night's sleep. I know there are times when I'm really congested or my anxiety goes through the roof and I feel claustrophobic. So I'd like to get another one that isn't as restrictive for those times. Maybe a sleep pod mini in a size large instead of the medium or a hug wrap would work better for me when I feel that way. 95% of the time this one seems to be PERFECT though. Best purchase I've made for myself in a long time! I wish I could give Angie and Matt a real life hug for coming up with this brilliant sleep pod! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

And since it won't let me publish a separate review for the tween size hooded sleep pod I got for my daughter I will write it here. My 11 year old daughter is also diagnosed with ADHD(possible AuDHD) and often struggles with falling asleep and staying asleep. We have tried a prescription medication to help her sleep and it just made her grumpy all day long and only helped her sleep slightly. OTC melatonin helps her more but I'd prefer to not rely on pills to help her sleep. She is a sensory seeker x100 during the day! I have had to find ways to help her safely release her energy and stop destroying her things and the house on a regular basis. I used to put her to sleep in a swaddle pod as a newborn and she was such a good sleeper! We had a few rough nights when she was teething but she was always a good sleeper until she turned 2 and gave up naps completely. And she has had a harder time with sleep ever since. So I bought this for her thinking it would be similar to the swaddle pod she slept in as a newborn and I was right! She LOVES her "worm suit" as she calls it! And she sleeps so much better in it. It makes me feel better as a mom knowing she's getting more rest as a growing kiddo. I love that when bedtime is getting near she requests that we both put on our worm suits and cuddle until she falls asleep. I'm so happy with it and I'm glad I went with this option for her instead of the compression sheets I was considering. She can wear the sleep pod on the couch or take it with us on flights out of state. I am definitely going to buy her another one to have on hand. This has been such a blessing for her and for me!

It’s warm enough that I don’t need any extra blankets in the summer, though not so warm that I’m cooking hot. I’ll need another blanket in the winter, but that’s fine. I crave pressure across my chest, and so I stick my childhood doll there. The pressure from the sleep pod holding her there is perfect and I sleep wonderfully. It took a few days to get used to it, but now I really love it!
