I have a deeper sleep in the past couple of weeks using this, than I have had in a long time. It is so comfortable that look forward to putting it on. So glad I bought this!

I love my full sleep pod. I have one with the hood and one without. But when the temperatures climb, the mini is perfect. I have a Hug for the entire year.

It's different, definitely takes some getting used to. For the campers out there it's basically like sleeping in a really lightweight and stretchy sleeping bag. It's not the MOST comfortable sleep experience but it does encourage some good habits. I feel like it is most comfortable when sleeping on my back which is allegedly the best position from a breathing perspective, and because my arms are in the pod I cant really be on my phone so when the pod is on it's bed time. Downside is that it's harder to get out of bed because you're movement is literally restricted, but its harder to get out from under a weighted blanket. Fabric is 10/10 soft and comfy.

I wish I could review the actual item, since I paid for it, but I have never received my item and the customer service team has been less than helpful about it. My Google wallet auto filled an incorrect address that's almost 2000 miles away when I made my order. I noticed as the order was processing and immediately sent an email asking for assistance. When they got back to me a day later, the order was already shipped. I was told to contact the shipping company to request the package be stopped or refused, so I did. USPS charges almost $20 to do so unless someone could refuse the delivery in person, which would be impossible from halfway across the country. Not being willing to pay a third the cost of my item to have it reshipped, I reached back out for help or a discount on a new item and was offered no further option by the company. They stopped responding after I told them their one given option was so expensive and time consuming.

I am a neurodivergent parent in a large, sensory-seeking neurodivergent family and was looking forward to this purchase for my whole family to test out and have their own ordered as we can afford them. This experience has left me so disappointed that I have done extensive research to find an alternative company to give my loyalty to.

I recognize the error made in my order and was open to options that involved paying more money to the company to receive the correct order if they could meet me part way. I don't have the funds to throw towards a whole new order or whatever delay and hassle would have been involved in paying for a package stop with USPS and then waiting for it to be sent back and sorted out before being able to enter the correct shipping address. Not being willing to offer any sort of accommodations in the name of loyalty or customer service is a strange policy to have for a business who claims to understand the neurodivergent experience.
