I bought one for my husband hoping it would help with his stressful sleeo. He spent 4 years remote and had to take an on-site daily job. Since the 2nd &3rd were 50% off, I got one for me and my adult daughter as well. Since menopause, I have not been sleeping through the night. Being claustrophobic, I wasn't sure I could handle the sleep pod, but gave it a try.
With the sleep pod, I fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply and stay asleep at least 7 hours.
Im a taller heavyset woman with long legs and thick hips and thighs. Normally i cant find anything that works with my size. I was surprised at how well these fit and worked. I unfortunately get up a few times a night to use the restroom so I've found ill slide it off, do my business then go back to bed and fall asleep easily. It's definitely helped with my anxiety and restless legs at night. I sleep like a stork though and looking forward to trying the shorter one.
I use this one every night, and I love the hood so much!!! I got a smaller size and I’m really glad because it offers more compression that way. I like the hooded hug sleep for decompressing also, but only if I can afford to go to sleep.
We bought this with hope that it would help our Auadhd daughter who currently co sleeps have a more peaceful nights rest and drift off earlier the first night we were shocked that something could work so well. It went from nightly dramas of tossing and turning not falling asleep for an hour or more to her drifting off in less then 10 minutes. She can't wait to put it on each night and loves to wiggle worm her self in to the best sleep position.

I got this for my wife for her birthday and she LOVES it. She has had issues in the past with bad night sleeps and she said in the last 2 weeks she has slept like a baby. My wife and I both have weighted blankets, but I wanted to try this. It's better than a weighted blanket! I don't get too hot, I sleep so deeply, and I haven't hit anyone trying to get it to lay right. It's so good, we're getting one for the kid that's traveling soon so they don't have to lug around the heavy blanket!

Loved my Hug Sleep. It worked like a charm. I am asleep in less than 5 minutes, maybe less than 2 minutes! I have two now, and I keep one in my suitcase because it helps me to sleep in hotels where it can be difficult to fall asleep. Would definitely recommend!
I actually got one for my son to try. There was a good deal so bought two. I actually like it better than him. I used to wake up & use the bathroom 3+ times a night. Ive now been waking once but for the first time in years.. ZERO!! I was worried about feeling stuck/hot/trapped...im actually cooler, I haven't minded my feet being inside. My only complaint is that my dogs miss being under my covers but we've compromised and all are happy!
