First thing I want to say about this product is if you're on the fence buy this item, you won't regret it. It has improved my sleep, eased my anxiety, and made everything feel more manageable. I used to dread going to sleep because of my severe anxiety. I would lay down and my anxiety would start. So, I would get up walk around for an hour and try again only to sit in bed and hope for sleep only getting 4-5 hours of sleep. I was exhausted all the time.
