I love, love, love this sack!!!!! I think about it while im not at home. Its so incredibly soft. Its not a compression sock. I read other reviews, it does its intended purpose, its not supposed to hold you tightly, but I fall asleep quickly and if I wake up, I'm able to fall back to sleep quicker than I use to. I got the one with the option to have your feet tucked in or out, and its a nice option. I cannot recommend this product enough. My husband loves his as well!

I bought this about 6 months ago. A couple nights ago, I couldn't sleep. Oh, I was very tired, but couldn't sleep. I am cold natured also. I got up in the middle of the night, took it out of the bag and but it on....hood and all! I went right to sleep and I woke up feeling great! It was amazing! To be honest, I can't believe. I am going on a girls trip with 12 of my high school friends of 45 years, and I will definitely be taking this. They are going to be jealous!! Thank you Hug Sleep!! I love it! If you are thinking about buying one.....do it!!!!

My 7 year old LOVES it! He has ASD/ADHD and now he won't sleep without it! He used to struggle to stay in bed, getting up at least a few times at the beginning of bedtime most nights. Since using this, he hasn't gotten up once.... Straight to sleep and stays asleep all night!! It truly helps regulate him and we can see the significant changes in his mood and behavior (🙌 sleep really is that important!!). I highly recommend this for children/adults whose bodies crave that deep pressure!

My 6 year old Autistic/ADHD son has stages of bad sleep. He wants to be snuggled and cover his head with blankets at night so he sweats and wakes up constantly. Along with limiting tv at night and magnesium, the hug sleep has changed his sleep. He loves the hood to cover his head and how it hugs his arms. He still wakes up at night, but he falls right back to sleep. I would include a photo, but it looks like my child is in a body bag because he sleeps like the dead lol
