I have the mini and the regular and I cannot sleep without them. They give a little compression and keep me from moving all around all night which has helped me sleep so much better.

My daughter (adult, married, two children)had seen ads for the sleep pod and really wanted to try it. So I ordered one for each of us and figured we could always return if if we didn’t like it. We were so impressed after just one night of sleep. Our quality of sleep has continued to improve as we have become comfortable with how it feels to be snuggled while we sleep. I use a small pillow between my knees to help with arthritis pain and the snugness of the pod keeps it right where I like the pillow to be all night long. Highly recommend this product to anyone who has trouble with good sleep. I’d recommend it to everyone because it could improve sleep even if you don’t think there’s a problem. One of the best purchases of my life.

I am a size 14 and ordered a Large, but it doesn't feel any different than my sheets. I get no swaddle effect. Somewhat disappointed. Material is nice, though.

I have a deeper sleep in the past couple of weeks using this, than I have had in a long time. It is so comfortable that look forward to putting it on. So glad I bought this!

I love my full sleep pod. I have one with the hood and one without. But when the temperatures climb, the mini is perfect. I have a Hug for the entire year.
