The fabric is high-quality, comfortable, and breathable enough that I don't worry. My kid is the kind that vibrates all day long and can't slow himself down even when he's tired. We picked out his sleep pod together and he agrees that it calms his wiggles and has a "satisfying" squish level. He goes to sleep faster and leaves his bed less often when he uses it.

I am a 43-year-old perimenopausal woman. I don't have a hard time falling asleep, but I do have an Oura and get a sleep score every night. Since getting my hooded sleep pod I've had more nights with higher sleep scores. I am falling asleep much faster when I wake up. I don't use the hood, but I like that it's an option for the winter when I get cold. I typically keep my feet in the pod all night but I like the option to take them out easily if I get a little hot. I don't find it restrictive like a sleeping bag. I'm planning to buy my sister one for her birthday now.

My daughter has had a lot of anxiety going to bed so we bought this hoping it would help calm her brain and IT DID!!! She is very sensitive to different fabrics and the softness along with the flat seams makes her very happy. The only thing I would've done differently is measure how tall she is against the size of sleep pod mini. I think I'll have to buy the longer one that goes down her legs as well.

Since the day I bought this my 7 year old son that can’t sit still has been falling asleep in salt quick, and staying asleep longer. I truly don’t know why I didn’t buy this sooner. This is a God send for us. He calls it his “cocoon” and asks for it when he’s starting to wind down. Thank you so so so so much!!!!!

My daughter calls it her pillow cause she thinks she looks like a pillow when she wears it! She loves sleeping in it and even fell asleep by herself one night and falls asleep faster than usual! Definitely worth the purchase.
