Bring the top seam to your chest or above your shoulders, whichever you prefer. The specialized fabric stretches, using compression to provide soothing pressure around your entire body. Based on the science of Deep Touch Pressure Therapy, Sleep Pod uses gentle pressure to simulate a hug and induce relaxation. For best results, it is recommended that you sleep on your side or back.
We do not encourage people to walk while feet are enclosed inside the Sleep Pod. Barring any physical limitations, the Sleep Pod is easy to get in and out of, similar to taking off a pair of pants! Many people find its most useful in helping to fall asleep initially, so some will choose to take off for bathroom use and not get back in because they are already sleepy.

Shipping within the United States is typically 2-3 days and 14-21 days internationally, however due to the pandemic, delivery carriers have seen slight-to-significant delays in shipping. International shipping may be further delayed due to the pandemic, as many countries are holding packages in customs longer than usual. Hug Sleep is not responsible for the shipping times and we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once the package has been shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the product has been confirmed as having been received by the carrier. If a package is returned to sender due to an error made at the time of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for resending.
