RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We strongly encourage you to try Sleep Pod for a full 10 nights, as it can sometimes take time to break long-held sleep habits and acclimate to the feeling of Deep Touch Pressure Therapy. We understand that Sleep Pod isn’t for everyone still, which is why we offer a 30 night sleep guarantee for products in our Hug and Loungewear Collections, meaning you can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving Sleep Pod. We partner with Happy Returns to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns via the Return Bar. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to quickly complete your return drop-off. We also offer return by mail if the Return Bar is not the best option for you, so you can box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered and are not refundable for domestic refunds and international orders. Orders that have been exchanged are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Due to the nature of the products, Hug Sleep Mask™, Hug Stretch™ Cozy Carry Bag, Pod Pillow™ and Pillowcases are final sale items and not eligible for return.

How do I know which size is best for me?

We recommend following the sizing guides posted on each individual product page to determine your best fit for that corresponding product. For adult sizes, the sizing guide is primarily based on your pant/waist size. For child sizes, the sizing guide is primarily based on child clothing size.

Can I bring a pillow in the pod?

Yes! You can absolutely bring pillows or any other sleep aids in Sleep Pod to make your experience the most comfortable. Our signature Pod Pillow can be shopped here and is expertly crafted to be the perfect pillow-partner for your Sleep Pod experience. Depending on how large the pillow or aid is, and your personal preference for compression, you might want to consider sizing up to accommodate for the extra space. What material is Sleep Pod made of?

Sleep Pod is made of a specialized four-way stretch fabric that is a blend of 90% polyester and 10% lycra.

What if I'm in between sizes?

If you are in between sizes, it will really depend on your preference for pressure. The smaller size will give you the most snug fit, and the larger will give you much more breathing room. Please keep in mind we offer a 30 night sleep guarantee with free exchanges in the event you need to process a return.

Care

The Sleep Pod should retain its shape and size well so long as it is used and cared for properly.We recommend choosing the most appropriate size for your body and avoiding overstretching the product to maintain the fabrics integrity.We recommend washing every 1-2 weeks with warm water and drying Sleep Pod in the dryer on medium heat and this should also help it maintain its shape and stretch.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
