My son is hyperactive And high functioning autistic. He went to sleep shortly after you put it on, when it usually takes him till way late to go to sleep thanks. It works great.
My 6 year old son really seems to love his sleep pod. He has trouble both falling and staying asleep, but he says this helps him feel cozy and safe, and he's been sleeping through the night in it.
